SECI2143-01 PROBABILITY & STATISTICAL DATA ANALYSIS

     First of all, I would like to thank our lecturer, Dr. Sharin Hazlin Binti Huspi for teaching us this course which is Probability and Statistic Data Analysis. From this course, I had learned a lot of knowledge related to data analysis such as the types of data and level of measurement. Besides, I also learned the technique to do the data analysis such as probability distribution, hypothesis testing, chi-square test and so on.
     In this course, there are two projects and three assignments that need me and my group members to discuss and do together. This makes me more understand the topics I had learned. The assignment given is mostly problem-solving mathematical questions that are more similar to the exam. Therefore, I can improve my problem-solving skills by doing the question in the assignment. I would like to thank my group mates too for helping me when I faced a problem. We can discuss the solutions together and learn some different ways to solve the questions.
     The group projects are more challenging as we need to do data analysis from the raw data. In the first project, we need to do the survey and get the data from the respondents. While in the second project, we use the dataset given to do the data analysis. We are required to use the knowledge learned in this course to do the analysis and find the conclusion such as hypothesis testing, correlation test and regression test. In the group projects, I also learned some skills such as how to use excel and R studio to do the data analysis. My group members are very helpful. When I faced problems, they always lend their hand to me so that I can successfully finish the project together. Such group works actually improved our teamwork skills and I really appreciate it.
