The impact of this activity on the development of the students’ graduate attributes are students able to develop and strengthen their communication skills, thinking skills and leadership and teamworking skills. This is because I need to interact with other committee members in order to gather their thoughts for the event poster. Moreover, I must have the courage to express myself when talking to people about my ideas. Furthermore, thinking skills is also be trained in this program where I need to consider a lot in order to help my director of the program. Thinking skills helps me in long-term planning that enable me be prepared for the activity. Moreover, leadership skills and teamworking skills are very important in assisting the program to completed well. As the vice director, I need to help the program director to organize the activity. I will need to guide some committee members when they have misunderstanding with the instruction from the director. As a result, throughout this program, I had improved my communication skills, thinking skills and leadership and teamworking skills.
Furthermore, participated in this activity let me gain a lot of experiences where some of it cannot be learn in the lecture hall. I learned how to organized an online sharing session together with my committee members, application that used to stream live such as StreamYard, skills to design a poster and so on. I gain a lot of extra knowledge and experiences in the end of this program.
The difficulties that I faced in this event is time management. This is because our event is held just after the new semester open. All committee members are busy prepared themselves to return back to campus. Although that, we are able to held are activity on time and well.
