Sarjana Muda Kejuruteraan (Mekanikal-Industri)

Each graduate will demonstrate the following abilities upon graduation;

Pengetahuan Teknikal & Kompetensi



 LT1 
Ability to acquire knowledge and understanding of science and engineering principle relevant to mechanical and industrial engineering.
(Kebolehan memperolehi pengetahuan dan memahami prinsip-prinsip sains dan kejuruteraan berhubung dengan kejuruteraan mekanikal dan industri).
 LT2 Ability to apply knowledge, techniques and tools in solving problems relevant to mechanical and industrial engineering.
(Kebolehan menggunakan pengetahuan, teknik dan peralatan dalam menyelesaikan masalah berhubung dengan kejuruteraan mekanikal dan industri).
 LT3 Ability to design and critically evaluate components, processes or systems related to mechanical and industrial engineering.
(Kebolehan mereka bentuk dan menilai secara kritikal komponen, proses dan sistem berkaitan dengan kejuruteraan mekanikal dan industri).
 LT4 Ability to apply critical thinking and to creatively acquire and utilise the current knowledge and technology in industrial engineering.
(Kebolehan memperolehi secara kreatif dan menggunakan pengetahuan dan teknologi terkini di dalam kejuruteraan industri)

GENERIC SKILLS (Kemahiran Generik)

 LG1 
Ability to lead and manage engineering projects.
(Kebolehan memimpin dan menguruskan projek kejuruteraan).
 LG2
Ability to prepare, submit and present quality technical reports within the given time frame.
(Kebolehan menyedia, mengemuka dan membentangkan laporan teknikal yang bermutu mengikut jadual).
 LG3 Ability to communicate effectively as an engineer.
(Kebolehan berkomunikasi secara berkesan sebagai jurutera).
 LG4 Ability to work as a team.
(Kebolehan bekerja sebagai satu pasukan).
 LG5 Ability to acqquire entrepreneurship skills.
(Kebolehan memperolehi kemahiran keusahawanan).
 LG6 Ability to continue in life-long learning and information management.
(Kebolehan meneruskan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat dan pengurusan maklumat).
 LG7 Ability to practise professional ethics and execute work with sensitivity towards work safety and health, the environment, and those with special needs.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
 
BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (MECHANICAL-INDUSTRIAL)

The following Programme Objectives are expected achievements of graduates in their professional life and career related to the programme after graduation;
  1. Graduates are able to apply their knowledge and skill to design, analyse and evaluate mechanical and industrial engineering systems.
     
  2. Graduates are able to identify and solve engineering problems systematically, critically, creatively and analytically.
     
  3. Graduates are competent, possess leadership qualities and able to act professionally in the field of mechanical and industrial engineering.
     
  4. Graduates are able to communicate effectively and address issues related to social, cultural and environment.

  5. Graduates are able to undertake lifelong learning and adapt to the changing environment.
