REFLECTION
Participating in the OPEN DAY RESAK KOLEJ TUN DR. ISMAIL (OPERA'23) as a member of the activity unit responsible for organizing the Cooking Contest was a truly enriching experience. This event not only showcased the vibrant spirit of our college but also provided a platform to enhance and exhibit various graduate attributes.
Professionalism and Leadership Skills:
Organizing a Cooking Contest demanded a high level of professionalism. From coordinating with participants to managing the event logistics, I had the opportunity to exercise and enhance my organizational skills. Leading a team in this context allowed me to develop and exhibit strong leadership qualities. Overseeing the smooth execution of the contest required effective decision-making and the ability to handle unexpected challenges professionally.
Teamwork and Communication Skills:
The success of the Cooking Contest heavily relied on the collaborative efforts of the team. Engaging in open communication and fostering a positive team dynamic were crucial elements. Working alongside diverse individuals with unique skill sets allowed me to appreciate the power of effective teamwork. Clear and concise communication was vital not only within the activity unit but also in coordinating with other teams involved in the OPEN DAY RESAK event.

Mini Report on OPERA '23
The Jawatankuasa Kolej Mahasiswa Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail (JKM KTDI) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) recently organized their annual event, Open Day Resak 2023 (OPERA '23). The event was graced by esteemed guests, including Prof. Madya Dr. Azlan bin Abdul Latib, Director of Student Activity Development, Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student Affairs), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and Lt Col Prof. Madya Dr. Mohd Noor Azli Bin Hj. Ali Khan, the Principal of KTDI, along with the council members and residents of KTDI.
OPERA '23, beyond its role as an annual program, emphasized the importance of fostering strong bonds and camaraderie between the KTDI community and UTM at large. The event aimed to bring joy and a sense of accomplishment to those who contributed to the success of OPERA '23. The presence of distinguished guests from the university administration added significance to the occasion, highlighting the collaborative spirit and unity within the KTDI community and its connection to the broader UTM community. The emphasis on building relationships and spreading happiness underlines the positive impact of OPERA '23 in promoting a sense of unity and shared accomplishment among its participants.
