Self Reflection
I went on the Facebook Live on 14th Jun regarding the Covid-19 pandemic: discussed current and future mental health challenges. Dr. Asma Perveeen, Clinical Psychologist from the Faculty of Human Development, is the speaker. She is a specialist in her area and has provided excellent mental health awareness and challenges. The live session also have Assoc. Prof. Dr. Siti Aisyah Abdul Rahman as the moderator. Participants were greeted with warm welcome from the moderator and we recite the Doa to have our blessings. Dr Asma Perveen said that things happens, and so do your bad mental health. While im doing my java assignment I, listened her speech and it inspired me to cope my mental health challenge. Its a good programme to have especially for students who are in need of mental health support during this covid-19 pandemic. So far I have seen many positive comments made by students to the speaker of the programme.
