Assignments and Projects

In project 2, we are required to conduct an inference statistical analysis by implementing hypothesis testing, Correlation, Regression and ANOVA. At first, our group gone through a hard time while searching for a suitable dataset for this project. Many of the dataset has missing data and some of them are not suitable to do some of the test. Hence, we take plenty of time to find for a suitable dataset until we saw the cardiovascular disease dataset. 

After that, our group had a few meeting to distribute the tasks and discuss the ideas on how to implement the tests we learned in lecture. After discussion, we decided to use only 500 observation with cardiovascular disease out of 70000 to improve the accuracy of the tests. We met difficulties while dealing with the project but we did not give up. We try our best to find the solution and help each other by giving suggestion and ideas. This make us becoming more unite and close to each other.

In conclusion, we success to complete the project and we have learned very much from this project. This task reinforces what we have learned and allows us to learn how to apply it. In addition, we learned how we should communicate and exchange ideas effectively. This allowed us to understand each other's ideas better and avoid arguments. We also learned to cooperate and help each other because a team is never alone.

Finally, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to our lecturer, Dr. Nor Azizah Ali, who was very helpful in the classroom, teaching us everything she could and always taking care that we understood. In addition, when we did not understand something, Dr Azizah always explained it to us patiently and carefully. She also explained in detail what to do in project 2, so we all knew exactly what we needed to do. Therefore, I am very grateful for her dedication. I hope she enjoyed her time with us as well.
