Chapter 3 : Basic Application Software

From this chapter I know that people use software inside the hardware like a computer to create data such as document file, worksheet files, database files, and presentation file. This several step of process call procedure of the information system. People is the user of hardware. Software is a program inside the microcomputer like the operating system, Utilities and device driver. Data is the output that created by software such as letter, presentation slide, query, budget analyze and so on. Software that provides convenience to people to edit and recalculate the documents. I would be able to know all the function of all this software and to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency to further study.
