Job Satisfaction
 A positive feeling about the job resulting from an evaluation of its characteristics.


Job Involvement
 Degree of psychological identification with the job where perceived performance is important to self-worth.


Psychological Empowerment
 Belief in the degree of influence over one’s job, competence, job meaningfulness, and
 autonomy.

 

Organizational Commitment
 Identifying with a particular organization and its goals and wishing to maintain membership in the   organization.

 

Employee Engagement
 The degree of involvement with, satisfaction with, and enthusiasm for the job.

Employees behavior as the result of their attitude toward their works. Job condition and personality influence job satisfaction of employees in the organization. High job satisfaction lead to high productivity and performance. Job satisfaction of employees affect the customer satisfaction and employees life satisfaction.Behavior employees respond to dissatisfaction called counterproductive work behavior. For example like employees who get low satisfaction from his job are in high possibility absenteeism and turnover.
