Design Thinking Communication and Network

Design thinking is a skill that are used to solve a problem but in a much more detailed and precise workflow. It is a much more effective way because we can see every aspect while finding the best solution for a problem. Design thinking have 5 phase which are empathy, define, ideate, prototype and testing. Each of these phases must be completed to come out with a best solution. 

Through the interview with En Mohd Zahari, network admin from UTMDigital, we identified a few problems regarding communication and network in UTM which are:

1. slow network speed 
2. no streaming in UTM
3. student does not download antivirus software
