The speaker, Ir. Juraimi Masood graduated from electrical engineering background. He shared his experience from a trainer, to an engineer and finally a general manager in PTP. He talked about his first heavy engineering project which is the KLCC Air Conditional Plant project when he was working at KTA Tenaga. Design, project plan, project cost, construction, quality and safety are the important in a project. He stressed on the safety which is the most important thing in an engineering project. According to him, as an engineer, we are not only dealing with technical and technology. We have to deal with clients, colleague, and contractors. Thus, communication skills is very important. Then, he shared his experience in PTP since 1997. How PTP develop from zero to 5km container yard which has the capacity of 100milions TEU. In developing PTP, there are a lot of issue such as environmental issue, design issue, construction issue, and so on. He also talked about the employer's expectations on employee.

- Hold paramount the safety, health, and welfare of the public
- Perform services only in areas of their competence
- Act for each employer or client as faithful agents
- Avoid deceptive acts
- Conduct themselves honorably, responsibly, ethically and lawfully so as to enhance the honor, reputation and usefulness of the profession.
- Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (IEEE)
- To accept responsibility in making decision consistent with the safety, health and welfare of the public and to disclose promptly promptly factors that might endanger the public or the environment.
- To avoid real or perceived conflict of the interest whenever possible and to disclose them to effected, parties when they do exist.
- To be honest and realistic in stating claims or estimates based on available data
For the conclusion, the fresh graduates were advised by him to face new challenges and ready to fail first and then build up back from the failure cases in their life.
