As a director, I am responsible to look for a tutor for conducting the program by actively asking available lecturers. In addition, I have to make sure the flow of the program is smooth and at the same time achieve the objectives defined earlier. Furthermore, I need to report the progress of the program to the High Committee Members of PERSAKA so that they can keep track of the program.

Self-Reflection
Overall, I am grateful that I conducted the program successfully with all the help from my teammates. The efforts to organize the program impact me in terms of developing several graduate attributes such as communication skills, leadership and team working skills and adaptability. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic at that moment (and it's still ongoing), I adapted myself into handling program online and virtually as contrast to what we usually did where everything had to be done physically. Thanks to the advancement of technology, which enable us to meet and discuss about the program over the air although we were located at different places. Other than that, the team work was really good as we understood each other's instructions well and fulfilled them entirely that lead to the program's success.
Besides, I utilized my good communication skills to articulate my idea well for leading the team on how we should organize the program. Clear explanations were provided on the steps to be carried out to avoid any confusion. For instance, invitation letter needed to be sent out a week before the program's date to ensure that our tutor receive an official invitation to be our tutor at the same time reminding him of our program.
On the other hand, there was a challenge encountered by during that period as in the beginning, I didn't manage to find any available tutor for the program. I was very anxious for that. I tried my best to reach out to the experienced committee members in PERSAKA for asking suggestions about the tutor. When there's a will, there's a way. In the end, I successfully approached Dr Afinizanfaizal after receiving the suggestion from others and had him agreed on that deal. I was extremely relieved and grateful for having Dr Afnizanfaizal with us for the program.
