SECI2143-01 Probability & Statistical Data Analysis

From this project, I have gained a great deal of knowledge which I have never learnt before. For instance, I am able to get the information regarding the topics that I have learnt, which is Hypothesis testing 1-sample and 2-sample, Correlation, Regression, ANOVA and Chi Square test of Independence. Before starting up doing our project, we firstly choose a main topic for dataset that we want to analyze. Later on, we have found some datasets for our chosen topic and decided on which dataset we are going to use to do analysis. After choosing the suitable ones, we divided our work into four parts and each of us will get the task that we are going to do. In this context, we have conducted a google meet for easier communication while discussing on our project. I think the discussion conducted is quite efficient for us in completing our task. The statistical analysis we decided to do is Hypothesis testing 1-sample, Correlation, Regression and also Chi Square test of Independence. Next, we started up in doing our report of project and handed in before the deadline we set. After completing the report project, we continued on for video presentation. One of our group members came out with an idea on doing slides for more easier presentation. Most of us agreed with that as the slides will give a clearer view to show our analysis and results. Later on, we recorded our video and combined them together. Finally, we have done our project 2. In this group work, I have learnt how to work hand in hand with the other members in completing the tasks given to us. I know that team-working is an important element in doing group project while communication among us are essential as well so that we can do discussion and overcome the problems we faced. It is undeniable that there are some difficulties in doing this project. For example, we get inappropriate results from analyzed dataset. Hence, we have to make some changes by finding another more suitable ones. I am happy that I can learn some new things and increase my knowledge from this project. I want to thank my group members for giving cooperation and always help me when I have any difficulties. Last but not least, I would also like to thank our PSDA lecturer, Dr Sharin always dedicated and guide us whenever we face any problems regarding our project or in this course.
