The lucky draw prizes which comprised of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, Huawei P30 Pro, GT2, and Huawei Talk Band B5 were also highly anticipated by the audience. The event ended with an interactive Q&A session from the audience.
2) Self Reflection:
The positive values that I got in the event as a crew member of Huawei was that i learned alot about communication skills. This is because as crew member, I was assigned to handle the registration counter and the QR code attendance. By doing this task I needed to explain to everyone in details how does the event flows as well as providing them with important information of the event. It has directly impacted and developed my communication skill with the participants of the event. Other than that, I also learned how to work with my teammates. Every task that is assigned to us mostly involves working in a team. For example, besides handling the registration counter, I have also been assigned to serve VIP for a lunch. This required me and my team to work together to make sure all VIPs can be served well. I really hope that all the knowledge that I acquire from this program can be useful in the near future.

1)mini-report:
School Of Computing of University Technology Malaysia (UTM) in collaboration with Persatuan Mahasiswa Sains Komputer(PERSAKA) have held a delegation program which was held at University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) on 27 February 2020. The aim and objectives of this program is to strengthen the relationship between two sides of the PERSAKA and Information Technology Club(ITC) of UTHM. More than 40 UTM students from the School of Computing had participated in the exciting and enriching event. The event was held for one day from 8.00 am to 5 pm. Dr. Suhaila who is the advisory lecturer of PERSAKA also joined the event. The event started with gathering of all the committees at the KTDI car park. They have been given breakfast while waiting for the UTM bus arrival. At 8.10 am the bus has arrived and the trip takes about 2 hours to reach UTHM. Upon arrival we waited in their activity hall, for the representative to give a speech. The event then proceeded with a talk reviewing all the activities and programs that had been done by the PERSAKA and ITC. After that, ITC took us to a visit to their labs, library, and mosque. I can see that all of their facilities are more advanced compare to what we have in UTM. After that, the event proceeded with the ice breaking and play some games with a member of ITC. At 5.00 pm the event ended and every getting ready for going back to UTM.
1)self-reflection:
what i can reflect from this event is mostly leadership, I was the Bendahari in PERSAKA and had to think more about how to solve the problem in an effective way. For example, in this event, we have exchanged our knowledge with ITC on how does to solve the problem. I can see that ITC have an effective way of solving their problem. Other than that I learned every leader has to hear advice from others. For example, by doing this event I learned more from ITC member on how they manage their program and how they gains their profits. Other than that, the reflection that I can get in this event is we must be more tolerant of each others. This is because it can make everyone who works with us will be more comfortable and be more understanding of their job scope. This will make every work that we had been done by the team will be more successful.

Date: 25th February 2020
Venue: DK8, N24
Organizer: PERSAKA UTM, Dr. Suhaila Mohamad Yusuf (SC Coordinator of Student Development)
Role: Participant
1) Mini Report
On this event, all of the students of School of Computing are gathered in the same hall in N24. We were given a brief explanation about the UTM co-curriculum day in the point of view of our lecturers. As we were told before, UTM co-curriculum day is actually to given us more opportunity to graduate. But in this meeting, the lecturers give more specific information about how the program is going to run throughout the semester. I was convinced that we have to attend any events that gives merit every single week, on Tuesdays. It is a pre-requisite subject to continue for the next semester. Attendance below a specific amount can reduce the marks. Starting semester 2 2019/2020, all UTM students require to involve in co-curriculum activities as follows. UTMSAT – Involves all Year 1 until Year 4 students. Students need to join the organized program and each activity will contribute to points. To pass this program, students need to join a minimum of 1 program which will be held every Tuesday along the 14 weeks’ time. To get an excellent transcript, student must join 3 programs on every Tuesday along the 14 weeks’ time. UTMSAT program differs from the normal 3 credit co-curriculum program (2+1). It is for all students. Normal 3 credit co-curriculum program --> Need to register and included into Academic Transcript. UTMSAT- No credit ---> But Co-Curriculum Transcript will be issued (Pass: Moderate-Excellent) & the name of the transcript is UTMSAT. Therefore, student will get 2 scrolls during the convocation. In the other words, starting from this semester (19/20), for the students who did not registered for normal 3 credit co-curriculum program, they need to join the co-curriculum activities that are organized by UTM on every Tuesday from 2pm until 11pm.
2) Self Reflection
From my point of view as a second year students, I appreciate every events that was held in UTM to increase our merits and knowledge. It is a great chance and opportunity to learn more to prepare us in the working field in the future. I hope to attend more events like these even though we're currently facing a pandemic of covid-19 which forces us to stay at home and having virtual events. For the time being, there are no problems faced while the co-curriculum day are running throughout the semester. I hope we can still improve our current situation.
