Self-Reflection
As a committee of this event, I have developed my thinking skills, adaptability, enterprising skill, and teamwork skill throughout this event. The team that I work with was someone stranger before this and I was able to adapt to new people and work smoothly with them. I realized that I can work under pressure because during the event my units faced a problem but we managed to get it under control by thinking about the effective solution to solve it and taking risks by implementing the solution that we discussed together. I also can manage the last-minute task that has been assigned to my team in the middle of the event which is to arrange the certificate behind the stage and give door gifts to people that attend the event. The event was successful according to the plan. There are several challenges that I encountered which are busy with my responsibilities as a student and not having any experience in conducting the physical event. To overcome this problem, I managed my time according to my priority and by asking the experienced senior to guide me on my task.
