Reflection
Among all the assignments in this Technology and Information subject, this design thinking project was the most difficult and challenging for me. This assignment was in group and we just discuss through online platform such as Whatsapp. This was the reason I think that make this assignment very hard. We also need to collect information and do the interview to UTM’s staff in just online platform. Lucky me that I get very hard working teammates because all of us do our task perfectly. In this assignment, my group and I were modifying the UTM app which is UTMsmart through design thinking process. This assignment taught me that the burden or work will be less when it was distributed equally among the people that we can rely. I also was crying when doing this assignment because I need to write a report which is my weakness which I am not good with words.
