Summary
The 20-week industrial training at Bank Rakyat provided a valuable opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world projects. Working on the Survey for BRICK Products with Back Office and Chatbot for BRICK allowed me to develop skills in software development, database management, and AI integration. I also gained hands-on experience with ABP Framework, Docker, Azure DevOps, and Angular while enhancing my problem-solving and project management abilities.
Challenges such as adapting to new technologies, optimizing chatbot responses, and improving UI/UX were overcome through self-learning, mentorship, and iterative testing. Additionally, attending industrial training sessions on cybersecurity, compliance, and agile methodologies expanded my industry knowledge.
This internship bridged the gap between academic learning and professional experience, equipping me with the skills and confidence to pursue a career in software development and IT security.
