a. Justification in Joining the Activities: I joined this webinar because I recognized the importance of honing my research skills. In today's information age, the ability to conduct effective research is vital for academic success and personal development. I wanted to maximize my use of the UTM Library and the Online Library resources to excel in my studies.

b. The Graduate Attributes that are Focused On: The webinar primarily focused on enhancing communication skills by teaching us how to effectively search for and cite sources. It also emphasized thinking skills through critical analysis of information and scholarship by guiding us on the ethical use of sources. Additionally, the webinar encouraged adaptability by introducing us to various research tools and strategies.

c. Content of the Activities: The webinar covered a wide range of topics, including database searching techniques, citation styles, plagiarism awareness, and using reference management software. Practical demonstrations and interactive Q&A sessions were integrated, making it engaging and informative.

Self-Reflection

a. Impact of the Activities on the Development of Graduate Attributes: This webinar significantly contributed to my development of graduate attributes. I am now more confident in my research abilities, and I have a better understanding of how to communicate my findings effectively. The critical thinking skills I gained enable me to evaluate sources critically and use them more judiciously. My adaptability has also improved as I can navigate the complex database of the UTM Online Library.

b. Self-Strength/Advantage Towards the Activities: My background in technology was an advantage during the webinar, as I quickly grasped the concepts related to using digital resources effectively. I was also able to adapt to the online format seamlessly, which allowed me to fully engage with the content.

c. Challenges and How to Overcome: One challenge was information overload, as the webinar covered a lot of content in a short time. To overcome this, I made use of the provided resources, such as video recordings and slides, for review. Additionally, I put my questions or confusions in chat for clarification when needed, which helped me overcome any obstacles I encountered during the webinar.

In conclusion, the Research Information Literacy webinar organized by UTM Library was a valuable experience that enhanced my research skills and contributed to the development of multiple graduate attributes. It hope it will empower me to become a more effective researcher and communicator in my academic journey.
