Mini report
This program is like an Outreach School Program. This program is focusing on problematic girls only in schools around Skudai and Johor. The program aims to reach out to the problematic students and try to provide the best guidance to them based on the modules provided by Rakan Siswa Yadim UTM. This program also wants to introduce Rakan Siswa Yadim UTM to students and encourage them to participate in the program held by Rakan Siswa Yadim. other than that is want to build a strong relationship between members of Rakan Siswa Yadim and also with school students.
Self Reflection
When I was the director of this program, I was able to learn how to manage the program so that it could run smoothly. This was my first experience as a program director. At first, I felt a bit apprehensive if the program couldn’t run smoothly. I am thankful that there are members from other units who are willing to help me. I am aware of the importance of holding regular meetings to explain the flow of the program so that other members are not confused about their tasks given. The problem encountered while the program was running was a technical problem such as the microphone not working properly but we were lucky to be able to resolve the problem quickly.
