Person-in-charge (PIC) rewang - need to give instruction to other members about what need to do to prepare for dinner.
Mini Report
Fiescope was conducted from October 4 to October 6. There are many activities carried out during the 3 days. Among them are Blood Donation in collaboration with KPJ Johor, Zapin Perdana with a group of school students, Golden Voice with UTM students, Abseiling, Aerobics, Kids Coloring Contest, Cooking Madness in collaboration with Adabi, Fun Makeup with Mary Kay, Lets Hijrah From Zero to Better starring guest artists PU Amin, and Rewang Sekampung also in collaboration with Adabi. I was given the task to be the person in charge (PIC) in the rewang unit. I had to instruct my members on the preparation of cooking ingredients to help our sponsor Adabi to prepare the food for the night.
Self Reflection
I was given the task to be the person in charge (PIC) in the rewang unit. From there I learned a lot of experience to be a leader considering that was my first experience managing people under me. During the day of the incident, I was honestly very stressed in terms of food preparation, but when I finished my task I felt very relieved and happy because the ceremony went smoothly.
