Write a Paper in IEEE format based on an Industrial Talk#2 about IT Project Management

This talk changed my view towards project which is a more practical way of learning. I am inspired to treat any project seriously. A well-organized project with clear and desired target will yield useful output. The path that will reap benefit is the process, because continuous research and trial and error are carried out and can learn a lot to address problems. Actions that should be taken by me is that I shall not be whining to the problems. Also, being strategic, plan-wise(i.e use minimum resource to yield maximum gain) , and improve time management by not procrastinating.
