In week 14, Im starting working on doing slide presentation for seminar fyp1. These are the outline contents that needs in the slide are as below:

1. Research background
2. Literature review
3. Problem statement
4. Research objectives
5. Research scopes
6. Methodology
7. Preliminary result
8. Conclusion
9. Expected outcome
10. References

Every outline was discussed well. In research background section, the trends and information of MOSFET are discussed along with alternatives needed. For the literature review part, discussed about the previous work done that related to the project. Then, extend work needed from the literature review as problem statement. Research objectives and scopes were the focuses of this project. Methodology is important where shows all steps in getting preliminary results. The preliminary result shows the results obtained in semester 1. For conclusion, discussed the overall work done in semester 1. Next is expected outcome, where what I want to achieve. Lastly, all references are shown as supporting to this project. After the slide has completed, the next step is emailed to Dr. It is important to get Dr comments because from that, I will know where part I need to add and do correction.

A day before seminar fyp 1 presentation, I managed to meet Dr for the last touch up. Dr helps me so much in giving tips and advices. Thanks to Dr, Im able to present it well even though Im so nervous that time. The next phase after the presentation is to get the report fyp 1 and logbook done.

However, there is still no latest progress for my logic gate. Im still doing research to figure out how the logic gate can be done.
