Mini Report
Monsoon Sim Workshop 2020 was conducted on 24 November 2020. This event occurs during the covid-19 pandemic, so it is an online event. This event was conducted via an online platform which is Google Meet. This workshop is only limited to 25 students from the accounting course. On the day of the workshop, the participants have a chance to try a real simulation of how the monsoon sim going in real. They learned how to make sales, marketing and keep their cash flow in a stable zone. From this activity, they can apply their knowledge to make a good performance during their trial simulation. There are 5 groups in total. So, during the trial simulation, they will be compared based on the simulations results. Each member of the group plays an important role to make sure their sales are greater than other teams.
Self Reflection
I was assigned as a member of the multimedia unit. From there I learned how to communicate and work together with my group members. We start with the task division. After we divide our task, we start doing posters for this activity and share them with the accounting club members. It was my first time making a poster. I also do the certificate of participation for the crew and participants of this event. It was a great experience that I get. I learned how to make a poster and certificate. Everything runs very well on the day of the workshop.
