Self Reflection

Overall, by participating in this program, I have gained a great deal of experience and I am very excited about being a part of it because it allows me to meet new friends from others course. Besides that, I learned about being a teamwork among the students of UTM in this program as I need to collaborate with my teammates to play the games. At first it is a little bit awkward to be as a team, but as the competition started I learned to be very professional and discipline. It was really a happy ending as my teammates and I was able to get an award. It is such a wonderful moment after all the sweat and tears practicing. Last but not least, I was able to boost my stamina as It will help strengthen the muscles, boost circulation and strengthen the heart. I felt very happy to get the chance to play Handball and Ping Pong again.
