Mini Report

This program is basically a program conducted by Persatuan Mahasiswa Pendidikan (PMP). Team Building 2019 was created special for all the first year students School of Education. The program itself helps the participant to create the bond between the students. This program consists of a few activities which are fun and exciting. As the committee members, I get to plan and collaborate with members to ensure the program going smoothly. I get to interact, socialize and collaborate among the first year students and my club members throughout the activities. The program consists of indoor and outdoor activity. In the same time, I am also the treasurer of the program so I need to always keep up to date with the amount of money spend. The program helps in develop confident as I need to always be the one to lead the students and give the best for the students.

Self Reflection

Overall, by being the treasurer this program I learned a lot about handling the program from the beginning until the end. It is the most challenging experience. A few graduate attributes that I achieve the most within this program are critical thinking and problem solving skills. It is because become a treasurer is a very big task as I need to always up to date with the budget and really particular with receiving and spending out the money. Any miscalculation can cause trouble for myself and the team. Therefore, I really take it seriously with this task. I am also in charge as the facilitator for a group of students. Thus, I need to guide the students and make sure the students listen to my instruction. I get to improve communication skills as I like to ensure the students enjoy learning and having a good time with this program. This helps the student become attracted and interested to fully participate in the program. The program really started and ended with success. The most excellent reason for the success in the program is because of a great teamwork from the members and the students itself.
