Mini Report

This program is basically a program conducted by Persatuan Mahasiswa Pendidikan (PMP). “SATU” which is called as “Satu Hati Terbinanya Ukhuwah” is a form of inner program was created specially for all the members of Persatuan Mahasiswa Pendidikan. By participating this program, all of the PMP members will get to learn together to be ready mentally and physically in facing incoming programme that has been planned further as a leader. In this program, I get to involve myself in planning and conducting the program as I am the program director itself. Therefore, this program was conducted for two days and each day there will be a few interesting activities for indoors and outdoors. Each activity will have its own graduate attribute to be learned. There is also a sport activity which is an aerobic session which eventually helps the participant to stay active and helps to release stress. Therefore, this program also helps to create a good bond between the PMP members.

Self Reflection

Overall, by conducting this program I learned a lot in handling the program from the beginning until the end. It is very challenging yet the most memorable experience. Graduate attribute that I achieve the most within this program is leadership skills. Being a leader in this program really teaches me on being a being responsible, discipline, professional, systematic and confident. I get to build social relationships among PMP members, nurture self spirit and expanding interaction among members as a team. I also get to train future leaders to empower self-esteem to dealing with the public later through leadership skills. Effective communication skills are also a key for me to ensure this program can be conducted as smooth as possible as a leader. Even though it is my first experience to be in charge for this program, the program started and ended with success. This program eventually improves my generic skills from time to time.
