Reflection about myself

Assalamualaikum, I am Afif Hafizin Bin Hamizan from 3-SCSV which is Graphics and Multimedia course. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to Dr Nina Diana Nawi for allowed to join this section. I am very grateful because I thought I will separate with my friends if I join another section. So, here my reflection on my portfolio about my resume. In the first section, it is all about me. I wrote about my name, age, birthday, height, weight, health, skill, address, hobby and favourite colour. Then, in the second section is about introduction of me. So, in this part, I introduced myself as passionate person who really interest on graphic designer and I would like to expand my work, my creativity if I was approved to join that company. Furthermore, I expressed my feelings about design that with first class design, I am believe it will give inspiration and happiness to people around the world. Meanwhile, there was about my work experiences in section three. So far, I am only experienced as a part-timer worker that gave me a lot of experiences in growing up to become an adult. The first part-time work that I applied is I worked as a barista at Tanjung Pelepas harbour, JB. My job is serving beverages to all workers and staff. My working time is about 12 hours, whether day or night. I have worked about 3 months after SPM break. What I got from this work is I have become an independent person and I can make my own drinks at home. Then, during university mid-break, I took opportunity to work at MAIWP grocery store as a cashier. My job is to provide services to customers. The working time is 8 hours and it is near with my home. What I have experienced from this part-time work, I can manage money well. The current that I applied as part-timer is housekeeping at Royale Chulan Hotel. My job is to make sure that guest room is always clean. What I have got from this work is I have become a neat person and can manage my room very well. Then, next section is about my project. There are only several of project that I put on this portfolio and it has become my favourite which is T-shirt that designed by me. This t-shirt is organised under PMIUTM and I glad to make such a great outcome. Then, during Covid-19 break, I am also made logos as my business project which is called “Satisfied Kitchen”. This logo I have made for my own company. Next is, posters for marketing for the business also become my favourite project so far. Not only that, I also doing freelancer as a designer to create banner. For committee section, I decided to put the most meaningful committee program that I have participate all of time which is Kerana Siswa Untuk Masyarakat (KESUMA 20). This is international committee program that I was participated. This program was held on 3 February 2019 in Indonesia. A lot of activities I did during this trip in order to provide assistance to poor areas in several villages, to motivate and support the community of Islam in several villages, to spread the teachings of Islam, to give exposure about the Islamic community's distress in rural area and to help donation for mosque infrastructure upgrading. The second committee programme is Science Expo at Sekolah Rendah Taman Universiti 4. This programme was held in primary school to expose to students about what they could do with science and have an interactive way during learning process. This event used method such as monopoly corner that provide interactive activity like VR corner, science in laboratory and so forth shown good response from students from their reactions! Otherwise, it is about skills that I have. Based on what I have learned from this course, is mostly developed to be my skills. I can use design software such like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and so forth. Skill is really important and I a really aware about this thing since it will help me to get good job in future. In a nutshell, everyone has their own advantages and talent in order to applied for work. For the same way, hard work and passion is really needed in order to achieve what we want in our life. Most important is, never give up easily and keep positive to achieve our dream!
