Mini Report:
The Easy Drawing with SurveyCAD program empowers new Geomatics Engineering students, equip them with essential drafting skills and the ability to generate professional plans. This streamlined approach leverages the user-friendly interface of SurveyCAD, making the learning curve gentle and engaging. The main reason I join this program is that I have given the opportunity to work in groups with different people and can learn how to manage the students indirectly. Even though I have experience handling program before, but in this program, my friend and I have different experience and successfully manage the program and make this program runs smoothly as planned. My friend and I together think of the activities to be carried out during the program so that the program carried out is more interesting and challenging and can also benefit all the students involved. I also realized that working in a group is more efficient and easier after this program. This program fosters not only technical proficiency but also confidence in navigating the world of geomatics. By seeing their own skill development and translating classroom knowledge into tangible plans, students gain a sense of accomplishment and a firm footing for their future success. In a nutshell, this program cultivates a new generation of confident surveyors, equipped with the practical drawing skills to bring their technical visions to life.
Self Reflection:
After this program, I can be adaptable and ready to learn and have abilities such as creativity, critical thinking, an open mentality, and the capacity to study, plan, collaborate, and communicate. Graduates who are adaptable are also aware of and can handle the other big event for the next time and can do better than before this. The biggest challenge I faced while running this program was having to constantly recalculate the expected budget due to changes in plans by the program director. I, as the new treasurer, am not only involved in the preparation of financial reports but also must run programs with other members of the authority. The way I overcome this problem is that I recalculate and separate the amount of money that has been used and not used and record it in my phone so that I can always update the balance of money. after this program I also realized and was able to make a new plan, which is to record the balance of money in the phone so that I can always update the latest balance of money and not be in a rush to do other work.
