The Improving Sleep Quality activity aligns with various graduate attributes, including critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving. Participants were encouraged to think critically about their sleep habits and learn ways to improve their overall sleep quality. Communication skills were also enhanced through group discussions and sharing of personal experiences. Problem-solving skills were developed through identifying the root causes of sleep problems and developing solutions to overcome them.

I participated as a member of the audience in the Improving Sleep Quality activity. My role was to listen and engage in discussions and activities throughout the session.

The session inspired me to reflect on my own sleep habits and make positive changes to improve my sleep quality. Overall, I found the activity to be informative, engaging, and beneficial.
