Hi ! My name is Aaron Balon Tiansim and I am currently a 3^rd year undergraduate student pursuing in Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical-Industrial) Mechanical Engineering in UTM.

The main strength of mine is I always energetic and flexible when it comes to group work. I am able to stay calm and focus during pressure. I also always guide my friends/team by coaching them and always give them a shot to try something new. Good leader always need a communication on team and passion. And one thing for sure im always there for my teammates.

i might not really active in sports but i always boost myself to become one of them. there is always a way if you really want to do it. :)
