Similarities:

               The similarities between an entrepreneur and businessman reveal that they both are decision-makers and driving the business to be a successful business

 

Differences:

  1. Idea Generation
    1. Entrepreneur: starts a business from his own unique idea or concept
    2. Businessman: starts a business from an existing idea or concept
  2. Business Types
    1. Entrepreneur: Innovative and revolutionary
    2. Businessman: Traditional
  3. Risk propensity
    1. Entrepreneur: Risk-taker and accountable
    2. Businessman: Stay safe
  4. Market orientation
    1. Entrepreneur: A market leader
    2. Businessman: A market player
  5. Strategic Role
    1. Entrepreneur: He gives life to his business
    2. Businessman: His business gives him a living

 

  1. What are the similarities and differences between entrepreneurship and manager?

Similarities:

        The similarities between an entrepreneur and business managers play a role as decision-maker in the organization. Both of them are people that have a good communication skill because they are the who drive change and inspire people to take action

Differences:

        The main difference between both is their role in the organization. An entrepreneur is the owner of the company whereas a Manager is the employee of the company. An entrepreneur is visionary and bears all financial risks while a manager works for a salary and does not have to bear any risks. An entrepreneur always focuses on starting and expanding the business idea while a manager focuses on the daily smooth functioning of a business. Then, an entrepreneur is always rewarded for all the efforts is the profit he earns from the enterprise, while the manager's remuneration is the salary he draws from the company.

In recent times, I don’t but I really want to create something that innovative and functional which can be helpful for other people, and grow myself in order to be a successful person.
