1. What are the similarities and differences between entrepreneurs and businessmen?

We can differentiate between entrepreneurs and businessmen in many aspects. First, as in the idea generation, entrepreneurs starts a business from his own unique idea or concept while businessmen will start a business from an existing idea or concept. As for the strategic role, entrepreneurs is someone who would gives his life to hi business while businessmen would not take the risk to the extreme and just make his business as to gives him a living. As this shows that entrepreneurs  is someone who is a risk taker, accountable and innovative while businessmen is someone who would only stay low and stay safe. While the similarities between entrepreneurs and the businessman are that both are putting their effort into their career and work wholeheartedly to make sure their business will be successful . Both of them are running their businesses in order to profit from them. Both of them are in charge of the company and are driving it ahead based on their decisions and vision.

2. What are the similarities and differences between entrepreneur and manager?

The differences between entrepreneurs and a manager is that a manager works for a salary as he is an employee while entrepreneurs are the owner of their own business where they don't work for a salary but instead they bear all the financial of the business  and all the profits from the business will be the income of the entrepreneurs. Secondly is that a manager works according to the office time while entrepreneurs does not have a working time as for them every second counts and are important.  Lastly, a manager only focuses to make sure his work is done and will not do anything more than that. While entrepreneurs focuses on to make his business a successful as it is the main goal for the entrepreneurs. While the similarities between them is that both of them are decision makers as they both also have the abilities to manage and to project them forward on their project. Both of them need to manage their company as well but in just different roles.

3. Have you ever thought that you have an entrepreneurial mindset? 

Yes I do thing that I have an entrepreneurial mindset. This is because I am the type of person that can tolerate failure. Thus, I am someone that very optimistic and does not give up easily. I'm also you could say someone is a moderate risk taker as any opportunity that comes to me even with a low success percentage rate but I would still grab the opportunity and won't let it just pass me that easily.
