1. What are the similarities and differences between entrepreneurs and businessmen?

• Similarties: Both of them targeting success by managing their own business. Both are decision makers.
• Differences: Entrepreneurs starts a business from his own unique idea or concept, Innovative and revolutionary, Risk taker and accountable, A market leader, He gives life to his business. Businessmen starts a business from an existing idea or concept, Traditional, Stays safe, A market player, His business gives him a living

2. What are the similarities and differences between entrepreneur and manager?

• Similarities: Both of them play a role as decision maker in the organization. An entrepreneur and the manager are the people that have a good communication skill because they are the people who drive change and inspire people to take action.
• Differences: An entrepreneur needs to combine his skills with courage and business idea to become a reality which he also must take a risk on his decision while the manager is employed to manage the operations and resources of the business and trying to achieve the target based on company demand.

3. Have you ever think that you have an entrepreneurial mindset? 

               I don’t think so, because one of my weakness is about communication skills. I can’t do business by myself. So, I need a partner to build some business.
