1. What are the similarities and differences between entrepreneurs and businessman?

• The similarities between entrepreneurs and businessman are reveal that they are both decision makers; both have the ability to manage and be able to project forward.
• There are several differences between entrepreneurs and businessman. For idea generation, the entrepreneurs are the type that using his unique idea or concept to develops a business, while businessman is a person who starts a business from an existing idea. Next, business types of entrepreneur are innovative and revolutionary, while businessman are way to traditional. Furthermore, most of entrepreneurs are risk taker and accountable but businessman will keep stays safe. Moreover, market orientation for entrepreneurs presenting a market leader while businessman playing a role as a market player. Lastly, most of the entrepreneurs are giving their life in their business, but for businessman, their business is his life.

2. What are the similarities and differences between entrepreneur and manager?

• Same as businessman, the similarities between entrepreneurs and managers that they have in common while making a decision. They both have the ability to manage and develops their project or business.
• As for the differences between entrepreneurs and manager, firstly entrepreneur is visionary and bears of all their financial risks, while manager is working for salary, and does not have to bear any risks. Besides that, entrepreneurs are more likely focuses on starting and expanding the business ideas, while manager are more focus on daily smooth functioning of business. Next, key motivation for most entrepreneurs are achievements, while manager’s motivation comes from the power that comes with their positions. Last but not least, entrepreneur’s reward for all efforts is profit he earns from the enterprise, while manager draws all of salary from their company by remuneration.

3. Have you ever think that you have an entrepreneurial mindset?

• Yes, I think that I have that entrepreneurial mindset because there are several criteria that suit my personality. First of all, I am an independent person. As I know myself, I know what is prioritize for me and complete all of task given perfectly. Next, I am a creative and innovative person. When it comes to solve a problems, I will use as many way to solve it or I will try to improvise according it situation. Last but not least, I have strong confidence. As for me, I know my strength and weakness. By knowing the best of my potential, I will give all out to complete certain task.
