1. What are the similarities and differences between entrepreneurs and businessmen?

2. What are the similarities and differences between entrepreneurs and managers?

3. Have you ever think that you have an entrepreneurial mindset?

1. Entrepreneur is a person who brings his unique idea to run a startup company. A businessman is a person who starts a business on an old concept or idea. A businessman makes his place in the market with his efforts and dedication, whereas an entrepreneur creates the market for his own business. The businessman is a market player while Entrepreneur is a market leader because he is the first to start such a kind of enterprise. The nature of a businessman is calculative, but an entrepreneur is intuitive. As the businessman follows the footsteps of other businessmen, the possibility of failure is very less which is just the opposite in the case of the entrepreneur. The similarities between an entrepreneur and business managers reveal that they are both decision-makers and have managing abilities and can project forward.

2. Entrepreneur and manager are the same in terms of decision making. Both of them play a role as a decision-maker in the organization. An entrepreneur and the manager are the people that have good communication skills because they are the people who drive change and inspire people to take action. Good communication can reduce task ambiguity in the organization. An entrepreneur is a visionary that converts an idea into a business. He is the owner of the business, so he bears all the financial and other risks. A manager, on the other hand, is an employee, he works for a salary. For an entrepreneur the key motivation is achievements. But for the managers, the motivation comes from the power that comes with their position. The entrepreneur can be informal and casual in his role. However, a manager’s approach to every problem is very formal.

3. Yes, I think that I have an entrepreneurial mindset because I am a risk-taker. For me, for something like drastic or big success to come, there are always risks. Next, I am a person that looks for opportunities. I like to look at things positively. I am also a creative and innovative person. I like to train myself to thinks outside the box in overcoming a problem. I will try to find not just one way, but multiple ways to solve my problem. In addition, I have a clear vision of my future in what I want to achieve in my life. For that reason, I will drive myself to pursue my passions and dreams. I can put my ego aside and act professionally. I like to seek feedback from others about myself and where I can improve myself. Last but not least, I have strong confidence in my potential that I can do everything with the right dedication and hard work. To conclude, I know that success would not easily come, I will push myself to work harder to achieve my goals and to become a successful entrepreneur
