- What are the similarities and differences between entrepreneurs and businessmen?
- The entrepreneurs and businessmen are similar in terms of their goals which is to achieve success in their business. They also work in the same business industry. On the other hand, they also have a lot of differences. First, their idea generation. The entrepreneurs are the type that develops their business based on their own unique ideas and concepts, while the businessmen just utilize existing ideas on their business. Next, entrepreneurs are innovative and revolutionary in their business instead of just using traditional business types or methods like the businessmen. Then, entrepreneurs are undeniably a risk-taker. They are willing to take risks in building up their businesses. On the contrary, the businessmen take account of risk and avoid it to keep their business safe. Talking about market orientation, entrepreneurs leading the market while the businessmen just utilizing the existing market. Finally, entrepreneurs give their life in their businesses instead of living with their businesses like businessmen.
- What are the similarities and differences between entrepreneur and manager?
- Both of them play their roles in the organization to manage their projects and become decision-makers for similarities. Move to the differences, an entrepreneur needs to combine his skills with courage and business idea to become a reality which he also must take a risk on his decision while the manager is employed to manage the operations and resources of the business and trying to achieve the target based on company demand. An entrepreneur can be informal and casual in his role. His time to work and on duty also more flexible compares to the manager. The manager has to approach everything in a very formal way because he needs to follow the company’s policy. An entrepreneur gains the profit from the enterprise or company meanwhile, the manager is an employee, so he always depends on a salary draws by the company
3. Have you ever think that you have an entrepreneurial mindset?
- Yes, I think that I have entrepreneurial mindset because I am a risk taker. For something like drastic or big success to come, there is always risks behind it. Next, I am the type that likes to look for opportunities and to make many good decisions. I like to look at things in a positive way and inspiring me to be more successful person. I also a creative and innovative person. I will try to find not just one way, but multiple ways to solve my problem. For that reason, I will drive myself to pursue my passions and dreams. I can act professionally. I like to seek feedback from others about myself and where I can improve myself. Last but not least, I have strong confidence in my potential that I can do everything with the right dedication and hard work. To conclude, it will more come easily if we have our own inspiration and we can make our way to successful future more clear to get.
