The difference between entrepreneur and businessman is that entrepreneur is a person who brings his unique idea to run a startup company while a businessman is a person who starts a business on an old concept or idea. A businessman makes his place in the market with his efforts and dedication, whereas an entrepreneur creates the market for his own business. As the businessman follows the footsteps of other businessmen, the possibility of failure is very less which is just opposite in the case of the entrepreneur.
The similarities between an entrepreneur and business managers reveal that they both are decision makers and both have managing abilities and can project forward.
Question 2
The similarities between entrepreneur and manager is that they are same in term of decision making. Both of them play a role as decision maker in the organization. An entrepreneur and the manager are the people that have a good communication skill because they are the people who drive change and inspire people to take action.
The differences between entrepreneur and manager is that entrepreneur is a visionary that converts an idea into a business. An entrepreneur is the owner of the business while a manager is an employee, he works for a salary. For an entrepreneur the key motivation is achievements but for the managers, the motivation comes from the power that comes with their position. The entrepreneur can be informal and casual in his role while a manager approaches to every problem is very formal.

Yes, I think that I have an entrepreneurial mindset because I believe that I am a creative person. I always seek for opportunity for a new business chance. I am also an optimistic person and I never give up.
