1. Explain the 4 types of communication techniques?

       Verbal Communication 

• Most common communication technique used
• Speak in confident and clear voice
• Avoid filler words and teen slangs
• do not use slang or teen words
• maintain a strong and confident voice

      Nonverbal Communication

• Transfer of information through the use of body language, making eye contact, facial expression, tone of voices and other sensuous related to communicate
• have a good posture can enhance our spirit and confidence
• do not invade the audience's personal space

        Written Communication

• Write in simple language and short sentences
• Make sure no grammatical error
• Write in first person than third person    
• use a good grammar that can be understand by the audience
• do not use slang word that should not be use during formal speech
• it is a better to write short but understandable line rather than long but complicated words 

         Visual Communication

• Using visual aid when presenting to allow viewer to get better understanding so that the message given is clear but only under the permission of the viewer

2.How you can be a good communicator?

• Knowing that communication is not one way only, it is a process of exchanging information, ideas and feelings between two people or more
• Give whole attention to the communication and avoid distraction while communicate such as mobile phone
• Use wise tone while communicating because some people might talk naturally loud but other might assume he’s shouting and disturbing them.
• Be honest and sincere while communicating with other people with giving full attention and understanding their contents.
