1. Explain the 4 types of communication techniques?

Verbal Communication

• do not use slang or teen words
• maintain a strong and confident voice

Written Communication

• use a good grammar that can be understand by the audience
• do not use slang word that should not be use during formal speech
• it is a better to write short but understandable line rather than long but complicated words 

Non-Verbal Communication

• maintain a good eye contact with the audience
• have a good posture can enhance our spirit and confidence
• do not invade the audience's personal space

Visual Communication

• using a visual aid can enhance our communication quality and avoid lagging in our speech

2. How you can be a good communicator?

In order to be a good communicator we must have a strong and confident voice.  A slow and shy voice can make people lost interest in our speech. A good speaker can touch people heart . But avoid speaking with exaggerate emotion that can ruin the speech, be cool and smile. Last but not least, we must be polite and maintain the manners
