Explain the 4 types of communication techniques?

1. Verbal communication. Word used in a conversation, categorized into oral communication and written communication. The speaker has to deliver message with a strong and confident speaking voice. Avoid fillers and also teen slang.

2. Written communication. Those necessary to get point across in writing and written communication relies on grammar, punctuation and word choice. Developing written communication skills requires practice and fine attention to detail.

3. Non-verbal communication. Transfer the information through the use of body language, including eye contact, facial expressions, gestures, tone and pitch of voice, body movement, posture, and space.

4. Visual communication. The act of using visuals as aid during presentations to enhance context of verbal and/or written communication.

How you can be a good communicator?

1. Understanding the emotion and intentions behind the information.
2. Able to listen in a way that gains the full meaning of what’s being said and makes the other person feels heard and understood.
3. Speaks in clear, direct manner, using easily understood language
