1. Explain the 4 types of communication techniques ?

• Verbal communication is words used in a conversation, categorized into oral and written communication.
• Written communication is those necessary to get point across in writing and relies on grammar, punctuation and word choice.
• Non-verbal communication is transfer information through the use of body language, including eye contact, facial expression, gestures, ton and pitch of voice and body movement.
• Visual communication is the act of using visuals as aid during presentations to enhance context of verbal and written communication.

2. How you can be a good communicator ?

• To be a good communicator, we must have a strong confident to speak in clear voice and avoid filler words. Otherwise, try to use our body language such as a good eye contact during your communication with our family, friends and etc. Never used a loud voice just using a natural communicate voice to make sure your listener can hear you clearly and understand what are you going to share about.
