1.Explain the 4 types of communication techniques?
- Verbal communication
Is when you use word to communicate with other people. Your voice must be clear and loud. There is a filler in this technic such as “aa” “okay okay” that need to be avoided
- Written communication
Is when you write something to make your point look great. In the technique grammar is the most crucial part . you may or can use any tool that available to correct your grammar when writing. When you use this technique you need to use a first person rather in the third person for example “I”
- Nonverbal communication
Non verbal technique is happen when you not use your word for example is you body language and eye contact. To improve in this technique you need to always maintain eye contact all the time. Other than that you also need to be aware of the tone and sound of yours.
- Visual communication
The act of using visual during your talk such as power point slide. The purpose of this technique is to support you talk and give some idea when you make a speech.
- Interpersonal communication
This is a proses of exchanging idea thinking or emotion between two or more people. The mistake that you do is when you are at the front of your friend but you still texting other people in front of her or him. So the thing that you must do is to leave your phone at other place to avoid your phone being the thing that will disrupt your discussion.
- How you can be a good communicator?
For me to be a good communicator you need to gather enough information when you want to talk this can make you look great . other than that you need to make sure that there is a respont from the people you are talking to . besides that you need to speed clearly and loudly so that the message that you want to deliver can be deliver correctly.
