For effective communication, we must maintain eye contact, using more of our facial expressions, be aware of tones and sounds, mind posture, and be considerate of personal space.
- Visual Communication, the act of using visuals as an aid during presentations to enhance the context of verbal and/or written communication. For effective communication we must ask others for permission to add some visuals, we also must consider the audiences, add some visuals only if it will increase the value of the presentation, and we must create the vision clear and easy to understand.

For effective communication we must pay attention to the speaker, use our body language to show that we are listening, we also need to clarify the understanding and don’t interrupt or redirect the conversation. Lastly, if we want to give some response, we need to give an honest opinion but polite.
