1. Explain the 4 types of communication techniques?

• Verbal Communication is when words used in a conversation, categorized into oral and written communication.
• Written Communication skills are those necessary to get our point across writing that relies on grammar, punctuation and word choice.
• Visual communication such as using as aid during presentations to enhance context of verbal and written communication
• Nonverbal communication is about you body language including eye contact, facial expressions, gestures, tone and pitch of voice, body movement and posture and space.

2. How you can be a good communicator?

• You have to have an active voice by having a great grammar and punctuation. Include only the details that are necessary to communicate the point. Writing in simple language to concete, specific information. One professionalism blended with varying degrees of formality and friendliness.
