Who is a scholar and a true scholar?                                                                                                                                    A scholar is a person that pursues intellectual and academic activities. A true scholar is a person who relies on science and logic and also stays humble no matter what their success is.

2. What is the qualities of scholar that organization looks for?                                                                             Passionate, Confident, the ability to be a team player, Productive and Humble.

3. How do you can become a scholar?                                                                                                                                    Getting a college education can make me become a scholar and learning outside the system as in reading and learn from other people.

4. List the 10 Job roles in increasing demand across industries                                                                                            Data Analysts and Scientists, AI and Machine Learning Specialists, Big Data Specialists, Digital Marketing and Strategy Specialists, Process Automation Specialists, Business Development Professional, Digital Transformation Specialists, Information Security Analyst, Software and Application Developer and Internet of Things Specialists

How to boost up your inquisitive mind?                                                                                                                                To boost the inquisitive mind, we need to frequently ask questions and develop a “give it a try mentality”. We also need to celebrate mistakes so that we can learn from them.

6. Write a summary of the speech which was inspiring you to become a scholar?                                                              Based on the speech, given by Prof Ts Dr. Zaidatun. I got to know what does a scholar mean and how we can differentiate them with true scholars. I also learned a lot about gen Z characteristics. The part that interests me the most how can I become a true scholar. From that part Dr Zaidatun mention that there are 3 ways to be come a scholar which is getting a college education, getting a scholar mindset and learning outside the system. Getting a college education is not necessarily just getting a degree, to achieve the levels of scholar we have to have a specific goal from the beginning, then we can start getting the college education. Some students after they are in college, instead of spending time studying, they spend time having fun and wasting their time. This is a scholarly person. Also, we need to befriends with the professors so that it is easier for us to ask question and learn more from the people that have more knowledge. Besides that, another way to become a scholar is to have a scholarly mindset which means that we need to question everything. It does not even matter if it is a stupid question or hard question, we just need to question it. Be curious about everything. We also can not be bias because being bias is being one sided on something but a scholar would never be one sided because they are open minded and can accept their wrong doings. Lastly is we need to learn outside the system. This means that we need to learn outside of school or college. We need to find knowledge on our own in order to become a scholar. Some methods are taking classes outside of school and read a lot of books. I find this talk very interesting because I myself hope to become a person with knowledge and humble like a true scholar.
