Thank you Pakcik Rashid for guiding us throughout our time working at Metatech!

On our last day working at Metatech Sdn Bhd. I would like to thank you to our supervisor, Mr KK Chue, for having us and for training us in becoming good engineers in the future. I have learned a lot from him since the first day. Not to forget to fellow workers whose keep supporting and helping while we were there. I am also grateful for all the knowledge that have been given by the technician, Mr Rashid, without him I would not be able to do anything in the workshop. Every lessons that I have learned in the workshop could not be changed by anything. I never would have thought I could experience working with machine and other tasks that require skills. 

This is a training done by Mr KK for us to experience on how to spray. I did the spray by my picture was not taken. But I took this picture.

This photo was taken when we did a site visit to Tenaga Sulpom for inspection of the spray coating on the superheated boiler.

On week 12, I managed to do all the covers for the worms and collars. I sorted them all according to their number.

This is one of the thermal spray training on name cards. it was sprayed with aluminium in a short distance to avoid burning the card.

This is the third day of my internship at Metatech Sdn Bhd. It was pleasant day when we were introduced to the owner of the company as he excitedly explained to us about the service he has been working on for more than 10 years. I’m thrilled to learn from him as a materials student myself. I believe from today we will gain more and more knowledge because of the exposure given by my company. Thank you.
