There overall of the talk is good. The sequence and flow of the talk are well-arranged. Every alumnus is able to speak clearly to share their experiences to us. They are also able to reply calmly all of the question although some of the question are mean. I like the speaker in aspect of their confidence as they manage to share their experience to so many people. For the weakness, some of the speakers are late, but for only a few minutes and it is acceptable for me. Besides, some of us accidently open the mikes and disturb the talk. There are no big mistakes done by the speaker and this talk deserves a commend.
From the industry talk I have known that actually, the pandemic does not affect us from getting our jobs if we have been prepared during our degree years. In university, we must not just use our time on studying our academics only. But also, we need to widen our view and see more things in order to improve ourselves. One having hard skills is not enough for us to be employed but it merely just helps us to get a decent result in degree. We must be good at both hard skills and soft skills to increase our job employability. A degree with 4.0 CGPA does not guarantee you to get a job and that is the reason why we must polish our soft skills. However, it does not mean that we have to work too hard. This is because, they have mentioned that we should enjoy our lives in university as it is the last chance before we go to work.
