TEAMWORKING SKILLS
Well in this skill, it helped me to collaborate and cooperate in a totally new environment. In addition this skill has made me to learn, work and evolve together with my teammates. It has also taught me the way of communicating with members from different backgrounds. I have also made up many international friends who are also from different backgrounds. For every group assignments given, we will discuss it as a team, share our opinions, and make decisions together. All of us will have different ideas , somehow the leader of the team has to take the final decision. Thus , the ideas shared somehow will be combined and made into a final decision. Plus, it also gave me confidence to work in group and help our friends when they had problems or questions during the course work. Hence , it does not only benefit us but the whole team does. In this upcoming era, every company needs a great team to make a project or the career successful and complete. This skill is also for lifelong learning to make us learn the importance of maintaining a stable team spirit.
