On 14 May 2020, Students' Union Task Force UTM has held a programme Mahasiswa & Kemahiran Professional. The purpose of this programme are for students to develop their professional skills in studies and industry world. The graduate attributes activities that this program focused on are leadership. The activities during this program are, speaker give some tips how to develop professional skills and how to gain more skills for example, self confident and so on. I am joined this program as participants which need to know about professional skills.
Self Reflection:
"Mahasiswa & Kemahiran Professional" by Dr. Jasrul Jamani bin Jamian is about the importance of professional skills in students. Professional skills must to develop early among the students because an individual's professional skills are most important in studies and also in industry world. Dr. Jasrul Jamani told that why professional skills important because the way that students cooperates with others, how they solve the problems either in studies or business, leadership, teamwork can determine their successful or failure. Dr. Jasrul Jamani also explain how we can develop the professional skills for example we must setting goals, ability to learn which we can gain more knowledge, information, and also we can discover new things, creativity which means we need to contribute ourselves give an idea to make something new, and the most important is interpersonal behavior which we can accept others idea regarding assignment, group project or else. In conclusion, this program give me some tips how to increase or develop my professional skills.
