On 5 December 2020, Azman Hashim International Business School (AHIBS) has held a programme How To Successful Career in Procurement and the speaker is Mr Chang Han Hua from Vacuumshmelze as Senior Strategic Purchasing Manager. The purpose of this programme are to give some tips how to be a successful career in procurement. The graduate attributes that are focused on this program are leadership. I've joined this program because I am the Moderator of this program and I've gain some experience.

"HOW TO SUCCESSFUL CAREER IN PROCUREMENT" by Mr. Chang Han Hua are about how we can be a successful in industry in the field of procurement. What is conveyed by Mr. Chang Han Hua, procurement is an important aspect of the process of supply chain management that requires sourcing and securing a company's product or services. Mr. Chang Han Hua also have background 22 half years of experience in Procurement from various companies. From this webinar also, what I've got tips from Mr. Chang how to be successful career in procurement are we need to ensure our soft skills, communication with others. From this program also, Mr Chang tell us about how situation procurement in industry such as they must have negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, cost management skills and others. Last but not least, building and maintaining positive relationship are the main focus in procurement industry.
