As the director of the program, I do think that my leadership skill needs to be sharpen and a lot of improvements can be done to enhance the program for the better. The program allows me to explore all the possibilities when it comes to picture editing. It helps me to create a post that can give impact and attract attention for viewers to read the post. I believe that I also need to extend my ideas and imagination to my outmost limit as a good and decent ideas are crucial to create impactful posts.
